FitNest is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Please refer to our conditions for detailed information on how to return items. Generally, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 7 days of purchase.
